Legitimation: The legal basis allowing this processing to be legitimised is Article 6.1.b GDPR for the implementation at the request of the employee of pre-contractual measures or the intention to conclude a contract.
- When the data requested in the electronic forms are necessary to access specific functions of the website, PROYECTOS INGENIERIA Y GESTION, S.A. will indicate this obligatory nature at the time of collecting the User's data and failure to provide them will imply that the corresponding request cannot be dealt with.
