The objective of the project is the integral development of a medication traceability system in a hospital to improve quality and patient safety in the pharmacotherapy process through the integration and traceability of all the activities (storage, dispensing, distribution and administration) associated with the life cycle of the medication from the moment it enters the pharmacy warehouse until it is administered to the patient or withdrawn from the circuit.
